Job description
As a Founder Associate, you will support our Founders and Chief of Staff on key business priorities, including driving growth initiatives, aligning strategic objectives, and building core organizational infrastructure.
This role is particularly crucial given our current momentum: in March 2024, Matera launched its new professional property management service, enabling us to expand into a new market segment and accelerate our growth. Matera is ideally positioned with numerous opportunities ahead, and your work will directly impact our growth trajectory.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Lead Strategic Projects: With Enzo, Chief of Staff, you will identify the most relevant projects to support Matera's growth. Among current topics to be addressed : developing a B2B partnership strategies, identifying and evaluating M&A targets, and conducting market research for launching new business lines.
For this, you will need to be autonomous in:
conducting research on the subject and identifying the best strategy to deploy
creating an action timeline
executing the plan
2. Internal Strategic Communication:
You will contribute to the preparation and execution of Global Zoomatera, our monthly all-hands meeting that brings together all teams to review the company's strategy evolution, results, and objectives. For this, you will ensure:
The identification of topics to be addressed
The preparation of visual materials
3. Ensure proper investor relations management:
Support in board meeting preparation
Preparation of financial and strategic documents for potential investors

You have a comprehensive understanding of how a business operates
You can lead and execute projects in collaboration with multiple teams while meeting deadlines
You are versatile with strong organizational skills and autonomy
You have excellent communication skills and can interact effectively with C-level executives and team members
You have an entrepreneurial spirit: you enjoy identifying areas for improvement and taking initiative
You’re looking for a 6-month intership, and your fluent both in French and English.
